Path of the Empath
In my previous posts you will notice that it hasn’t been always an easy road as an Empath. Until the time in which you are healed and you can hold space for your inner child do you realize that being empowered is also the place of being fully human. That vulnerable place of the Divine Feminine but also the strength of the Divine Masculine, Yin and Yang, Sun and Moon, all of it.
My path has been particularly messy. For what reason, I know that is my Soul’s way of me getting out of my own way. It has brought me to great Spiritual Maturity even when I would say this has been the weakest, until now, power centre of my chakra system. The reason that my Soul has taken me on such a journey was to let go. The biggest part and the first thing I have done on my spiritual journey was let go. There was so much to work through and in hindsight, it was all Divinely orchestrated and something that has always kept me on my toes…no pun intended…I have had to strengthen the root chakra in response to the instability of the sacral and it has taken time.
I heard once from some another spiritual teacher or Soul that said never judge a person based on their actions, and it is so true. You never ever know what that Soul has been through. The messiness of my journey was because of a lot of past life healing, ancestral healing, society healing, so you are working through different times, spaces and dimensions. You are working through all these patterns that never ever made sense. So if it wasn’t for other Soul’s that have helped me along on this journey, I would have never grown. They had the strength of forgiveness, reflection, growth and the power of the Divine Feminine to move what felt like rocks. You know the saying that water can break rock, it smooths mountains, it forms and smooths rocks, water is very very powerful.
I had this pattern of Victim/Perpetrator consciousness and it was so ingrained that I really had to go to the source of the beginning of that pattern and unwind unwind unwind. Heal, forgive, let go, and really lean on God for that change that I desperately wanted to see. There was many many tears, Divine Wrath and so many other emotions that It was literally a shitshow. Now given when I started the journey I didn’t think I had this pattern in me at all, but under the mask, under the facade, it was there, operating in the background like a little gremlin wreaking havoc on the unsuspecting. The beauty of the spiritual journey is that we are really allowed and expected to be human. We are expected to work with the emotions that God gave us and to treat our minds with respect. When we operate at a level of just barely getting by and not being congruent, then we are not being fully human. We aren’t taking responsibility for our actions and how we are co-creators in this world. The value system of trust, respect, fortitude, sacredness, integrity are all human qualities that we should be working on every day. If we aren’t, how can we trust one another? How can we live in a world that expects us to work together. Somewhere along the way we lost it? There isn’t a race, or gender, or social status, or sexual orientation that is to blame, it is the human race. We got ourselves in this mess and it is our duty to get out of this mess. God guides us, sure, of course absolutely, but we are meant to be responsible for what we are creating in this world. The only way we can do that is with God. He/She wakes us up each and every step of the way. That is why it takes time to awaken a Soul. The things that are required to learn and ground down into the truth takes time. There is no way that our minds and keep up with such drastic change, unless God has that plan for you.
For me I had a particular way that I worked with my mind and it was imbalanced so that I could protect that very gentle vulnerable place that is the sacral. It look at long time for me to recalibrate these two in the value system that was vital to me so that I could make a difference in my life and in the world.
Today, I was contemplating what it is I am meant to do in this world and it is scary to come out of the spiritual closet. It is scary to talk about a new way of being and to actually live by it. But when I give advice on how to be, I tell them, they can’t worry about what other people think. If you did you would never move in the direction you want. So good advice Jackie, perhaps I should take it and be in integrity. So here I am. Blogging and praying that this reaches those in need of support, in need of words that will help them with their day, to tell others that we are all on this journey together and I always say, how do you want to go out? Meaning how do you want to leave this world? Do you want to stay in your closet or do you want to come out and make a difference to those that need it, who are thirsty for it. And to those that don’t understand or appreciate it, then you can love them as they pass on by. We all have a role in this world, we all have our place, and mine is to be a steady rock, rooted in my values, operating at the highest level of integrity possible, allowing myself to make mistakes as all humans do, but with the tools to make it right and to do my best.
How about you? Have you worked or healed through your emotions enough to make a difference in this world? I know I have.
With Love and Light,
